Davis jail death investigation still open 16 months later due to autopsy backlog

The detective investigating the death of Dominic Landreth, an apparent suicide by hanging in the Davis County Jail, says the case remains open 16 months later because autopsy and toxicology reports are not yet available from the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner.
