Cleary accepted the award on Keep Kingsport Beautiful’ s behalf at the 2019 TDOT/KTnB Biennial Conference held Sept. 16-18 in Nashville. The conference provides training sessions and networking events, bringing together KTnB’s network of local affiliate directors, business leaders, policymakers and other experts who focus on framing new ideas and strategies to build and sustain vibrant communities in Tennessee.
