KINGSPORT —  Below is a list of scheduled Christmas Eve services at various churches.

First Broad Street United Methodist (Church Circle)

1 to 2:30 p.m. — Christmas Eve service at Baysmont

3 p.m. — Christmas Eve family service with blessing of the babies (sanctuary)

5:30 p.m. — Traditional (sanctuary) and Encounter (fellowship hall) services

10:30 p.m. —  Traditional service (sanctuary)

First Presbyterian (Church Circle)

4 p.m. — Family service in the Fellowship Center

5:30 p.m. — Lessons and carols service in the sanctuary

11 p.m. — Candlelight communion service in the chapel

First Baptist (Church Circle)

Christmas Eve Worship in the sanctuary

4 p.m. — Contemporary service

5:30 p.m. — Traditional service

Communion in the chapel

3:30 to 4 p.m.

4:45 to 5:15 p.m.

Cookies and hot chocolate in the atrium

4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Holy Trinity Lutheran (800 Broad St.)

7:30 p.m. — Music begins

8 p.m. — Christmas Eve service

St. Paul’s Episcopal (161 E. Ravine Road)

5 p.m. — Full choral sung Eucharist with choir

10:00 p.m. — Spoken Eucharist without choir

Mountain View United Methodist Church (4405 Orebank Road)

5:30 p.m. — Christmas Eve candlelight service

Kingsley United Methodist (2828 Bloomingdale Road), a cooperative venture with Vermont United Methodist

9 p.m. — Candlelight and communion service

Christmas Eve with Port City Church (2601 E. Center St.)

10 to 11 p.m.

Christ fellowship Church

1 p.m.; 3 p.m.; 5 p.m.; and 7 p.m.
